Natural Solutions Acupuncture and Botanicals

The owner of Natural Solutions, Erica Spencer, M.S. L.Ac.,  is a very motivated, hard working, and uniquely qualified entrepreneur.

A graduate of Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture at NYCC, Erica received a Master’s Degree in Science and Acupuncture (MSA). She is a Licensed Acupuncturist certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and Erica is also a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Veteran with over four years of experience working in the Mental Health and Chemical Dependency fields.

Natural Solutions Acupuncture Services began a few years ago when Erica started working out of a single room with a local chiropractor. The business grew very quickly from there. She knew that she would need to expand. Being a veteran, her VA representative suggested she meet with an advisor from the local SBDC. She soon met with Business Advisor Keyona Kelly who serves clients in all of Seneca County, Onondaga County, and also travels to meet with clients in the Waterloo.

Erica Spencer received support from the SBDC and was quoted as saying “Keyona really helped guide me through the entire process of organizing and expanding my business. She gave me resources to help me meet criteria in order to apply for and receive a business grant for an amazing new location to practice in.

In December of 2017, Erica was awarded a Microenterprise Grant for business growth within the Village of Waterloo from Thoma Development Consultants. In January 2019, the Seneca County Chamber presented Erica Spencer as its 2018 Rising Star (Young Professional) Award Winner at their award ceremony.
